Napoleone Ehmah (real names Emmanuel Otim), born just over 30 years ago, is a trained teacher who has made his name in Uganda’s entertainment as one of the top stand-up comedians and Events’ MCees.
Napoleone’s professional standup comedy journey started at the end of 2009 after graduating from Uganda Christian University with a First Class Bachelor of Arts in Education. He joined Pablo, Salvado, and Daniel Omara, and together they formed The Crackers, Uganda’s first standup comedy outfit.
Ten years down the road Napoleone has stood the test of time, building a strong brand and keeping it relevant in the now competitive business of standup comedy. His consistency has seen him perform at some of the biggest events in Uganda, as well as being a host at the functions organized by some of the biggest companies in the country.
His consistency and growth have seen him become one of the most sought after comedians in Africa with performances in South Africa, Kenya, Zambia, Rwanda, Tanzania, Namibia, and most recently a return to Zambia due to overwhelming public demand.

But perhaps what makes Napoleone stand out from his colleagues in comedy is his ability to write humor/satire/sarcasm. Thousands of Ugandan Facebook users have admitted to running to Napoleone’s Facebook page, ‘Napoleone –The Entertainer’ to have their ribs cracked.
