Eddy Kenzo has been unveiled as the new brand ambassador for the Uganda Tourism board. This event took place today the 1st of September presided over by the state minister for tourism, wildlife, and antiquities, Hon. Kiwanda Suubi.
Meanwhile, Eddy Kenzo has received quite a number of numerous global recognitions and awards. In addition, this has put a mark on his brand in rising the country’s flag to the top every year.
Briefly, the Uganda Tourism Board (UTB) is the official government destination market organization. In addition, with the responsibility to promote and market Uganda on the international market.
A quick reminder, Eddy Kenzo once Baa wa Rema Namakula cried out to the government of Uganda. In addition, to come out and recognize his hard work as regards promoting the Country was concerned.
“Uganda government where are you” Eddy Kenzo cried… Hmm, this, therefore, pulled attention from the minister of Tourism Godfrey Kiwanda Suubi to start working with Kana Kambata. Kenzo has surely sold Uganda to the rest of the world through his music thus attracting more tourists into the country.

Minister for Tourism Hon Kiwanda Suubi handed Eddy Kenzo full responsibilities to promote Uganda everywhere he goes. In addition, he also said Uganda is such a peaceful country which attracts huge numbers of tourists.
In an interview, Edrisa Musuza vowed to continue promoting Uganda through his music and he is not looking back. therefore this ignited his opportunities to start working with the Uganda Tourism Board to put a mark on the tourism industry.
“Today September 1st, 2020, I am officially the new brand ambassador for Tourism in Uganda. A role I take on with profound honor and great joy. I would like to thank the Ministry of Tourism most notably Hon Minister Kiwanda Godfrey Ssubi, the tourism partners like Uganda Tourism Board, Uganda Wildlife Authority among others for entrusting me with this role.
While I will be required to also showcase our beauty to the outside world, I strongly believe it all begins with us. I, therefore, appeal to you all my friends, fans, and all Ugandans to be apart of the #TulambuleMyUganda campaign. In addition, to see what beauty we behold as a nation. Lastly to note, this for me is an opportunity to continue what I’ve been doing using my music to promote Uganda.
