Kyambogo – Over 7,000 students are graduating this year at Kyambogo University, however, some of them didn’t end the university studies well after this website landed on a group of students with their parents stuck after not being read  in the graduation square or ceremony and missing in the graduation book and addendum.

The fully disappointed parents were spotted stranded in front of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences – Kyambogo University at around 3:30pm after the graduation ceremony.

“Tell us if you did something wrong we at least pay money.” Angry parents asked their graduation list missing students.

It was noticed that these students invited their parents for the graduation ceremony when their names were never listed by the University in the final book of graduation.

During the course of pronouncing the graduands names parents realized their children were not read and possibly never appeared in the graduation book neither in the addendum. Their curiosity hiked to the extent of forcing them to look for the concerned officials (Faculty Dean and Administrator) whom they also never found in offices by that time.

“It seems these students were intending to trick their parents for having graduated yet they lacked the requirements to the graduation tent.” By-standers whispered.

The stranded graduands went speechless after hustling to explain the cause but all in vain. They tried seeking for Faculty dean and administrator for explanation but it was already late.

It’s not yet clear whether it was as a result of retakes or otherwise as to why they missed.
