Faded Kadongo Kamu singer Hassan Ndugga has been arrested by Police from a shrine. In addition, because of an unpaid debt of about 30 million Uganda Shillings and 2 million UGX worth rent.
Hassan Ndugga had gone to a shrine in Lwego District to seek help from “small gods” to help him clear off the debts. Nduga Hassan who just changed his name to Lubaale Bamweyana borrowed money when he organized his concert dubbed “Term Egenda” in Kyotera and Sembabule.
“I left Kampala for Masaka because my landlord had given me a warning letter… Therefore I could not wait for him to evict me from the house like a fool, that’s why I left Kampala,” Hassan Nduga said.

The singer also appealed to those demanding him to be patient because he doesn’t have any source of income at the moment.

“Whoever demands me should be patient with me in this trying moment because I no longer do stage performances. I won’t do hiding because the fact is that I borrowed the money. However, all my sources of income at the moment are all at a standstill,” Hassan Ndugga said.
The singer also revealed that whoever joins the NRM government in the open becomes an enemy to the public.
