The Canadian team confirmed they signed Kizza on a two-year deal with an option for another year, and the deal will start on August 12.
However, Mustafa Kizza will remain at KCCA until December on loan as he cannot link up with his new teammates due to flight restrictions.

After approving Mustafa Kizza’s transfer to Montreal Impact, KCCA FC has wished the marauding left player all the best on his new adventure.
Mustafa has been one of the successful players who were nurtured by KCCA FC head coach Mike Mutebi who believes in giving youngsters opportunity.

Who is Mustafa Kizza?
Mustafa Kizza was born on September 3rd 1999 meaning that he is now 20 years old.
He joined KCCA FC academy in 2015 and at the beginning of the 2016/2017 season, he was sent on loan at Maroons FC.
But he returned to KCCA FC in January of 2017 and since then he cemented a starting spot at the club.
Kizza played a pivotal role in the Kassasiro Boys side which lifted the Premier League title in 2019.
In the abandoned season which KCCA surrendered the title to Vipers FC, the full-back-cum winger scored five goals and gave 12 assists from 19 games.
During the Caf Champions League, Kizza scored two goals and made two assists in the campaign.
When KCCA conquered the 2019 Cecafa Kagame Cup in Rwanda, and for the second time in their history, the winger scored two goals.
During his three-and-a-half years at the club, he managed to win six trophies including two league titles and two Uganda Cups.
Others are the 2019 Cecafa Kagame Cup and the 2018 Pilsner Super 8.
