The announcement was made on Monday August 24th as the club restructures after losing the Ugandan Premier League title to Vipers SC.
According to the information from the club, Erisa Ssekisambu’s contract got expired and the club opted not to renew it.
Erisa Ssekisambu joined KCCA FC last summer on a one-year deal from Gor Mahia as a free agent.

Rumors surrounding the player have indicated a number of Zambian Super League sides are trailing the Ugandan.
Now following his exit, it will now allow him to expedite talks with his suitors.
Ssekisambu’s agent Ronnie Mwine had previously denied rumours the star was set for a KCCA exit.
He argued that he was in talks with club officials regarding a possibility of extending the deal but all these have now failed.
Ssekisambu’s departure comes a day after goalkeeper Jamil Malyamungu left on August 22 after three seasons with the local giants.

Jackson Nunda also joined Sam Ssimbwa’s URA, goalkeeper Tom Ikara and Eric Ssenjobe joined Police FC while Mike Mutyaba announced retirement.
Erisa Ssekisambu the wanderer
The winger is the only player to player for the big five clubs in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
He previously played for SC Villa, Express FC, URA FC and Vipers SC.
He is a Uganda Premier League winner twice having won it at Uganda Revenue Authority (URA FC) six seasons ago.
He lifted it with Vipers SC again in 2016 but his one-year stay at Kassasiro Boys means he will leave without a title.
KCCA have signed Stefano Loro, Ashraf Mugume, Charles Lwanga, Samson Kigozi, Dennis Iguma, Bright Anukani and Brian Aheebwa this summer.
