Eddy Kenzo Musuza: Don’t force Ugandan musicians to donate

Eddy Kenzo Musuza alias Edrisa Musuuza has cried out to all Ugandans out there not to force artists to donate. In addition, more so during this lockdown. Eddy Kenzo insists the Government of Uganda must feed its own people. He wrote the following message on his social media platforms;

“I call upon all Ugandans to stop pressurizing musicians to donate during this lockdown. In addition, I stress out the plight entertainers go through to earn a penny for survival. I, therefore, conclude that it is the responsibility of the politicians of Uganda to help people during this trying time,” Eddy Kenzo Musuza wrote.

The people of Uganda are facing hard times currently due to the total Lockdown in the Country. This was put in place by the government of Uganda under the command of General Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. In addition, to help minimize the widespread of the coronavirus or COVI-19 pandemic around the country.

Therefore very many people in Uganda are facing challenges to acquire most of the basic needs in life. They have tried pinning Ugandan artists to come out and support them during this trying time because they have supported these same artists from day one. However, Eddy Kenzo Musuza has hit back saying they should instead cry out to the responsible people in power. This is because Ugandan artists live a very hard life behind closed doors.
