Superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has claimed that his main ambition is to conquer Italy, Europe and the world ahead of 2020/2021 season.
The talisman has won two Serie A titles and the Supercoppa Italiana, but Champions League glory has eluded him since he made the switch to Italy in 2018.
Despite being 35 years old, Ronaldo is still as hungry as ever for success as he looks to excel under new manager Andrea Pirlo.
“As I’m getting ready for my third season as a Bianconero, my spirit and ambition are as high as ever. Goals. Victories. Commitment. Dedication. Professionalism,” Ronaldo wrote on his Instagram.
“With all my strength and with the precious help from my teammates and all of the Juventus staff, we work once again to conquer Italy, Europe and the World!”
Ronaldo firm to deliver under Pirlo
Cristiano Ronaldo’s constant desire to improve is one of the key factors behind the incredible success that he has achieved.
The Portuguese superstar also spoke of his desire for Juventus to live up to their rich history.
“Breaking records, overcoming obstacles, winning titles and achieving personal goals, to do more and better once and again.”
“To reach higher and to succeed in all challenges that may come our way.”
“Making every year into an adventure better than the one before and winning everything for our fans and supporters.”
“To be the bearers of this amazing and unique passion that is Juventus, and to live up to its history, elevating our name, our values and our standards as high as possible.”
“We are Juventus! Champions! We are back and stronger than ever! Counting on you! All together! Fino Alla Fine!” he noted.
Ronaldo hungry for Champions League glory
So far Cristiano Ronaldo has scored 65 goals in 89 appearances for Juventus in the two seasons.
Although he will certainly have been disappointed that his side were knocked out of the Champions League at the last-16 stage by Lyon last season.
