Covid-19 latest: Yoweri Museveni tells Ugandans to avoid public transport. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has this evening advised all Ugandans to avoid the usage of public transport. While speaking the nation from Nakasero, he emphasized the act of Ugandans using public transport. “If you don’t have a personal car, stay home, where are you going?,” Yoweri Museveni said.
