Nairobi- Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine, in a televised interview, said that he would rather die young than watch himself growing old in a messed up country.

Bobi Wine while appearing at Kenya’s Citizen TV said Uganda is messed up with corruption, brutality and other crimes against mankind by the NRM government.

The MP who is on a five-day visit in a neighboring Kenya said that despite the fear his raised by family members over for his life, he is still strong.

“I am a human being, by the end of the day, after all that happened to me during the Arua by-elections, I have fear and my family everyday fears for the worst” expressed Bobi Wine.

Bobi Wine further described Mr Museveni as the worst dictator he has ever seen after being asked whether he could compare Lt. Field Martial Idi Amin’s leadership with the current one.

“I did not see Idi Amin, I hear people say he was a dictator but Museveni is the worst dictator Africa has ever had,” said Bobi Wine.

However, Bobi Wine remained tight-lipped when asked whether he has any interest to run to take on President Yoweri Museveni come 2021.

“My fellow Ugandans watching me now, I am not fronting a struggle to be president, I am only fighting the regime that does not want to leave power, I believe that after that am not looking at me now, anyone can be President. All I care about is having a transparent government that cares about its citizens,” the MP said.
