Abiriga Honors Bobi Wine after Harvard Course

The Kyadondo East Member of Parliament, Hon Robert Kyangulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine has today (Friday) graduated from Harvard University with a course of Leadership in 21st Century.  “Leadership in the 21st century” steered at sharpening future political leaders.

 

He has received various congratulatory messages from friends on social media including the legislator who dons yellow from top to bottom, Col. Ibrahim Abiriga, one of the Age limit removal proponents.

Abiriga the NRM and Arua Municipality Member of Parliament has today honored Bobi Wine upon his graduation from Harvard University School of government.

 

“Congratulations to my brother @HEBobiwine. You’ve inspired me, now it’s you and Cap. @Mukulaa with such qualifications,” Abiriga twitted.

 

 

He is now the forth Ugandan to graduate from the US based prestigious Harvard University, after Hon Nobert Mao the Democratic Part President Genaral, Soroti Municipality former legislator Captain Mike Mukula, and Hon Abdul Kantuntu.

However, he (Bobi Wine) becomes the second to attend the same course after Mike Mukula.

He yesterday ( Thursday) presented a paper on leadership challenges and the legislator said feedback from his fellow students and Harvard professors was overwhelming.

“Our generation must be fully equipped with necessary knowledge and skills to meet the challenges of our time. That’s why I took the decision to enroll for various courses at world’s top university some of which i will be doing online when home soon,” reads his post in parts.

 

He will  discuss politics on Voice of America’s Straight Talk Africa

The John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University (also known as Harvard Kennedy School and HKS) is a public policy and public administration school, of Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States.

Since 1970, HKS has graduate 17 heads of state, by far the highest number per student of any academic institution in the world. Among his course mates are the American Army, Chinese senators and one Nigerian Senator.
