This address cames at a time when the country is experiencing rampant kidnap by security Forces. These have been synonymous with using numberless vans which have been named as drones by the local communities.

Many people especially opposition affiliates have fallen victim of the kidnaps and for those who survive, they narrate horrifying stories of torture after several days of dispearance

With many government officials failing to issue a satisfactory explanation to Ugandans about the increasing kidnaps, President Museveni is expected to communicate a message that will offer relief to the families of the kidnapped and the Nation.
