The president issued a directive to close all bars after the outbreak of coronavirus in the country… This is because these bars gather lots of people thus violating the SOPs issued by the government through the Ministry of Health.
“Mugulewo Ebaala” is a local term literally meaning open up the bars. Since the lockdown was pronounced early this year in February, several sectors and departments have been lifted, however, unlike bars. Therefore this is something that attracted Mary Bata and Daxx Kartel’s attention to sing about it.
