National Unity Platform presidential candidate, Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine has promised to restore Busoga sub-region back to it’s former glory.
While addressing his supporters in Mayuge, Iganga and Bugiri district, Bobi promised to review sugar prices if elected president and make necessary land reforms.
“Busoga used to be the biggest industrial area, not just in Uganda but also in East Africa. You grow sugarcane which you don’t have control over. When I become president, you will have control over the price of you sugar canes,” Bobi Wine said, while speaking to his supporters in Mayuge.
