Angelo Lonyensi in pole position to replace sacked Muhammed Kisekka at Tooro United. After showing Muhammed Kisekka and his entire technical bench an exit door due to unpleasing results, Tooro United may replace him with Angelo Lonyensi.
According to sources around the club, they have opened talks former Kansai Plascon head coach until the end of the season.

It should be noted that Angelo Lonyensi has been unemployed since he left his position as head coach at Fufa Big League side Kansai Plascon.

If Angelo Lonyensi joins Tooro United, his first priority will be helping them maintain their status in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
The Fort Portal based club is currently bottom placed on the 16-team log with 22 points from 25 games played so far with five games to the end of the season.
Tooro United will need to win each of their remaining fixtures if they are to fulfill their dream of survival.

Two of their five remaining games will be played St. Paul’s Seminary which is their home ground against Vipers SC and Bright Stars.
Meanwhile, they will have to move away for the other three encounters to Mbarara City FC, Busoga United FC and BUL FC.
If Lonyensi joins Tooro, he will be the fourth coach for them this season after Richard Wasswa Bbosa, Eric Ndifuna and Muhammed Kisekka being the other three to take charge of them.
